Safe, Efficient and Timely Delivery of your orders is a priority for us, at DeltaTac.shop.

  • We utilize and are associated with reputed logistics partners to help with quicker deliveries (DTDC, Delhivery, Amazon, Ekart, etc).
  • All orders once received are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours, Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm).
  • We recommend you also double check your address details and contact details(phone number) while placing the order for a smooth and fast process of delivery. 
  • We are located in Delhi, India. Shipping timeline from date of dispatch ranges from 3 -7 days. In rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season, travel restrictions, Other external factors or natural calamities which may also cause a delay. 
  • You can also request for expedited delivery by mentioning in customer notes during check out or on the day of order placement by emailing us at teamdeltatac.shop@gmail.com or WhatAapp +91 7011045824 with your order number (#DTNW0xxxx) mentioned clearly. All expedited delivery requests are encouraged to be placed between Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm). 
  • In most cases, upon receiving the product you will be asked for verification through OTP. 
  • In case the wrong address is filled by the customer, DeltaTac will not be able to take responsibility for the delivery of order in a timely manner.

  • For accurate shipping charges we request customers to send us delivery addresses and order details before placing the order on the website so charges can be applied as per requirement of the customer.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by DeltaTac?

  • There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on DeltaTac. List prices are final and all inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
  • Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the order value price.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • You will receive E-mail on successful dispatch. Fulfillment happens in 1 to 2 working days.  We will dispatch within 1 to 2 working days.
